Black stained ShadowClad for a rustic new-build finish.
Project completed for a local builder in Kirimoko, Wānaka. This new build uses ShadowClad cladding finished with three coats of oil-based black stain.
The deep black stain gives the home a rustic, architectural look while still feeling sharp and modern. It is a simple finish, but it relies on clean preparation and consistent application to keep the cladding looking even across the whole exterior.
