A 10-year-old cedar home cleaned, stripped back and restained with two coats of Dryden WoodOil.

Cleaning, stripping and restaining tired cedar.
This Wānaka home was around 10 years old and the cedar had not had enough maintenance over time. Before restaining, the timber needed to be properly cleaned up and stripped back so the new finish could take evenly.
Once the cedar was prepared, the project record states that it was restained with two coats of Dryden WoodOil. The completed finish brought warmth and depth back into the timber.
